Registration types

There are two types of registration: General and VIP.

General registration includes: access to all three days of Henselfest, a box lunch on April 2, and morning coffee and snacks. General registration is $300 and discounts are available for early registration.

VIP registration includes: access to all three days of Henselfest, a box lunch on April 2, morning coffee and snacks, a VIP gift bag, and a VIP reception with Henselfest organizers and selected speakers. VIP registration is $450 and discounts are available for early registration.

Early registration discounts

Discounted registration fees are available if you sign up early:

$75 off if you register by Nov. 30, 2026, or $50 off if you register between Dec. 1, 2026 - Feb 14. 2027.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations before January 1, 2027 are subject to a $50 fee. Cancellations between January 1 and February 28, 2027 are subject to a $100 fee. No refunds after March 1, 2027. Your registration may be transferred to another attendee before March 25, 2027 for a $25 fee.
